We loved staying at this hotel as it was peaceful and close to the beach. It's located by the seaside, right on the white sandy beach, just steps away from the entrance. The hotel facilities are great and the staff is friendly. Our spacious apartment was clean, and we had the best view. We were able to park our car without any problems.

The hotel is located near a nice beach, perfect for watching the sunrise. it's very close to the port, making it a convenient location for those who need to travel by boat. the rooms are spacious, and some have balconies with amazing views. there are no shops or restaurants nearby.

The reception staff was not very hospitable. Despite the friendly welcome, they were not eager to help with directions or any other needs.

Great weekend stay! Enjoyed the spacious and comfy room with free parking, close to convenience stores and beautiful beach. Loved the pool and beach bar with friendly staff and tasty food.

Some maintenance issues, such as dirty pool, and worn out and dusty balcony area. Limited food options in the immediate area.

I had an amazing time at this hidden gem in Kuantan. The 2-room apartment I stayed in had a breathtaking view of the beach, especially the sunrise from the master bedroom. The apartment was well equipped with cooking facilities, pots, and pans, making it convenient for me to prepare meals. The air conditioners worked well, though they took a little time to cool down the apartment completely. The semi-private beach was beautiful, despite some litter left by inconsiderate people. The small café, Shallots, served delicious food at reasonable prices. The resort provided 24-hour security and ample parking, which made me feel safe throughout my stay.

We had a wonderful time at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, right beside the beach and near the interchange to the East Coast Highway in Balok. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. We also enjoyed the balcony, where we could sit and enjoy the beautiful view. The staff provided excellent service and made sure we had everything we needed. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area were also top-notch, with delicious food and a relaxed atmosphere. this place exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to family and friends.

There was one small downside. The beach activities were not enjoyable due to the presence of jellyfish and sea flies.
